The Bachelor of Secondary Education – Major in Mathematics at Illana Bay Integrated Computer College, Inc. (IBICCI) is designed for students aiming to become effective math educators at the secondary level. The program offers in-depth knowledge in algebra, geometry, statistics, calculus, and mathematics teaching strategies.

Through teaching internships and field practice, students develop the skills to explain complex mathematical concepts in ways that are engaging and easy to understand. Established in 2008 by Alexander D. Tomawis, IBICCI continues its mission of quality education under the leadership of Cabib Morrow, head of the College of Education.

Student Achievements

Mr. Mujahed H. Alpa (BSEd – Mathematics Major) earned 1st Place out of 110 participants nationwide in the National Teacher Education Quiz Bee 2024, hosted by the Dr. Carl E. Balita Review Center, proving academic distinction in the teaching field.

Ms. Mahadeah Guimba Casan (BEEd) was selected as Mutya ng PRISAA 2025 Representative, representing IBICCI with pride, intellect, and grace in a prestigious regional event.
