The Criminology Program at Illana Bay Integrated Computer College, Inc. (IBICCI) in Parang, Maguindanao del Norte, continues to uphold a strong standard of academic excellence, as reflected in its 56.25% school performance rate in the 2025 Licensure Examination for Criminologists.
Established in 2008 by Alexander D. Tomawis, IBICCI was founded with the mission of providing accessible and quality education to underserved communities in the region. In line with this mission, the Criminology program was developed to meet the growing demand for qualified professionals in the field of criminal justice.
